I tried swapping a jacket for a different size and omg, it was way more annoying than it needed to be. Replies were super slow, the steps weren’t clear, and I had to keep following up just to get things moving. Still ended up waiting forever. For gear this expensive, I def expected better.

The jacket itself was actually good, and my brother even said it looked nice on me. But returning it ended up being a hassle. It took a long time to hear back, and the refund was slower than I expected. Not the worst experience ever, just way more frustrating than it needed to be.

I like the design overall, and it definitely looks nice, but the style feels a biiit basic to me. Still cute, just not super standout.

I’ve been wearing this jacket a lot and it’s really comfortable. The fit is nice and I can keep it on all day without feeling restricted. It almost feels better than some of my other jackets, but... I do wish the hood sat a little better. Still, I like it overall, even if the price is a bit high.

This jacket is seriously warm, like perfect for those freezing early mornings. It felt a little stiff at first, but after wearing it a bit, it started to loosen up. Overall, solid buy, no cap.

I ordered it on Monday and it was already at my door by Wednesday. After dealing with so many slow deliveries and endless support updates lately, I was kind of bracing for the usual hassle, so this was a really nice surprise.

I ordered a jacket from Jottnar, and the packaging was really good it was. The box felt strong, the tape was neat, and nothing inside was squashed or moving around all weird.
It even showed up in bad weather, but the jacket and everything inside stayed dry and clean. Not fancy or overdone, just packed properly basically. I’d be happy to order from them again

The website was kind of a pain to use on my phone. The menus kept freezing, which got annoying. I managed to get it done eventually, so I guess it worked, but it definitely wasn’t a smooth experience.

I’m a little confused because I’m sure I ordered my usual size, or at least the same size I bought last time, but when it showed up it fit completely wrong. Maybe I’m mixing up when I ordered it, but either way the sizing felt really off and it didn’t fit the way I expected.

I’ve been trying to buy a jacket from here, but it’s never in stock in my size. After checking back a bunch of times, I’m kind of over it. Would be nice if they kept popular sizes available or at least made restocks easier to track

I bought a jacket from Jottnar and thought it would hold up better, especially for the price. It does look good and it’s warm enough, so at first I was happy with it. But after a few months the fabric started wearing around the cuffs, and the zip feels a bit rough now too. Maybe I’ve just used it more than most people would, I don’t know, but I still expected better durability...

I’ve picked up a couple of things from Jottnar and, to be fair, the quality has been solid. The materials and finish feel good, so I don’t really have any complaints on that side of it.

The sizing is where it gets a bit frustrating. I had one medium jacket that fit pretty much perfectly, then another medium that felt noticeably tighter across the shoulders and a bit shorter than I expected. It makes ordering feel like a bit of a gamble, which seems preventable with more consistent sizing or clearer measurements.

The return process was fine, nothing dramatic, but it’s still annoying when you think you already know your size. I’d probably buy from them again, but I’d definitely double-check the measurements before ordering.

Overall, I do like the jacket. It feels good quality-wise and it’s been comfortable on hikes. But after just a few hikes, one of the seams started looking a little rough, rough enough that I noticed it right away. For the price, I kind of expected it to hold up a bit better.

Support got back to me really quickly and fixed my issue without much hassle. I would’ve liked a little more detail in the first reply, but overall it was a smooth experience.

I picked up a jottnar jacket thinking it would be a solid upgrade, but it just didn’t work for me. I run a bit warm anyway, but even on a normal walk I was sweating inside it after about 20 minutes. It does feel nicely made, so I’ll give it that, but the breathability was nowhere near what I expected, especially for the price. For my use, I wouldn’t buy it again

I do like a lot of the gear on Jottnar, but using the website was a bit frustrating for me. Pages were loading really slowly, especially the product photos, and a couple of times the size selector just didn’t seem to do anything until I refreshed the page.

The checkout was also kind of messy, not sure how to explain it, but it didn’t feel very smooth. My basket took a while to update and at one point I wasn’t totally sure if my payment had actually gone through. It all worked out in the end, but for a premium outdoor brand I expected the whole experience to feel a bit more polished.
